SmoothVideo Project (SVP) is a software for advanced frame rate conversion in real-time that makes video playback smooth and judder-free - the most common usage is to convert 24 fps to 60 fps on the fly. SVP is not a video player but allows almost any player supporting external video decoders to playback with motion interpolation.

The process is based on well known[1] approach when Avisynth script is executed inside ffdshow video decoder but with SVP it can be controlled with a graphical user interface.
